Re-creating a Favourite (Pumpkin & Sesame Seed Bun)

One of my favourite bun from a bakery is the Pumpkin & Sesame Seed Bun from Bread Story, a local bakery. Here's my attempt in recreating it with pumpkin seeds, black and white sesame seeds with walnuts and raisins in the filling.
