Coconut Blueberry Slices

A colleague of mine recently gave me a small jar of "non-boiled" blueberry jam. When I saw this recipe, I immediately thought of using it to make Coconut Bluberry Slices with the blueberry jam. To try it out, I halved the recipe. Quite fast and easy to make. Taste rather good too!

Before slicing. See the blueberry jam oozing out from the corner?

Hi Viviene--

They look yummy! I don't think I've ever had blueberry and coconut together, but now that you mention it, it sounds like a good combination!

Wanted to let you know about my post about your package arriving:

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for dropping by. Hope you like everything! Feel free to drop me a note if you have a question about any of the items.

Hi Rokh and Knitties,
Thanks! And they were good too...

Hi 'the baker',
Welcome! I like your blog too and do frequent it quite regularly. If you read about my post on the Orange Butter Cake, it was inspired by your post for the same cake.
You are coming here for a visit soon? That's great. There's quite a lot of food available in the Klang Valley. Actually, there's a lot of food available at anywhere in Malaysia (we love to eat!). For where to eat, bloggers like "masak-masak" and "Babe In The City" covered quite a number of places in KL and the Klang Valley. I think their reviews are pretty accurate as well too. If you have any more questions, do let me know too. I would be more than happy to help. Enjoy your stay in Malaysia! :)
