Monday's Breakfast: English Cottage Bread

Mushroom bread! That's what I thought it looked like when I took the bread out from the bread machine. It was in fact, English Cottage Bread. I think my bread machine is slightly too small for the original size of this recipe. I was even worried that the bread would rise until it bursts thru the roof of the bread machine (*lol*). I would have to tweak the recipe to reduce the size of it next time.
